"Room is clean and comfortably spacious for 1 pax. Bed & pillows are firm but comfortable. Comparing to their Sapporo property, personal amenities provided are adequate but can be much improved. Staff are polite and friendly. Location is perfect, just about 2min walk after exiting the Station."

"老朽感は否めないが、部屋はきれいに掃除され、昔の作りだからか広い。 駐車場も広く停めやすい。あまり奥に停めると広すぎるので注意。 チェックインもスムーズであった。 場所はつくば駅に近く、飲食店も一通り揃っている。ただコンビニはなかった気がするので、自動販売機はあるものの、小腹が空きそうな時は道すがら何か買ってからチェックインでもいいかも"

"The hotel building is pretty new and clean. Hotel staffs are very nice and helpful. Their restaurant for dinner was reasonable. Breakfast was okay. Only comment is, their rooms are all small. I changed my single room to twin room. They additional charged for 24000 en ( $ 153 ) I forgot how much I paid for single room, I thought??? but I didn’t argue with them. "

"great hotel near Katsuta Station. Not much other choices in this small town anyways. A bit walk from the station is needed and being APA rooms are TINY, but for the price you pay I still give 👍. "

"Same as the brand always did, everything is perfect and located right in the center of the city. Only downside, you have to find the staff everytime you park or get the car, a bit troublesome and annoying."
