「I experienced a very rude interaction with one of the front desk staff. I was very disappointed in their rudeness and lack of kindness and compassion.」

「Liked water park. Bathroom needed to be cleaned and floor needed to have safer mats etc to prevent slipping」

「Parking was great. Was disappointed there were no chairs on the deck since it was a beautiful afternoon and evening. Hallways and steps need vacuuming. The ac smelt musty when on. Our room was clean and bedding was great! 」

「The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Rooms are very dated. The fireplace in the room didn’t work and the phone in the room didn’t work when I tried to call the desk for assistance. The front desk staff wasn’t very helpful. View of the lake was the best thing about the property. 」

「Super nice and simple room. Perfect for the simple town! Parking was easy and not far from the entrance. Lots of little shops, but we were there during Easter so not much of it was open. We were able to check out Cuyuna Brewing and Iron Range Eatery. Both good and friendly. Didn’t have to communicate with the staff during our stay. 」
