"We booked a non smoking room but it found it to have a stale odour. They changed us to another room which wasn’t as bad but still had the odour. Room itself was very good with the traditional rock hard pillow but when you ask for non smoking you expect to get it. "

"My brother, a friend and myself went to this beautiful place in the end of March, a bit off season. We were the only ones staying at the Ryokan at the time. The service from the couple that ran the place was amazing. They drove us around showing us various sites like a Kimono factory, the beach, a beautiful view point.
