「Too much noise Too many people talking in the living room since 5:00 am and I don't know if it's your staff or your guests. we live in the room 127 kept hearing the sound of doors close open close open and IMakes me very angry and cranky」

「I frequently stay at this hotel. On my last stay, I found socks in the bed. This time, there was terrible water pressure. I love the staff at this hotel. They are welcoming, professional and always courteous. But the prices have gone up and the last few issues (socks and water pressure) have me thinking I need to find a new hotel in that area.」

「入住后 感觉都很好 结果晚上睡觉时发上床上有异物 凭空感觉是“猫屎咖啡”于是申请换房间 搬行李 同时让酒店明天给我明确回复（What is that) ..．．．．后来酒店告诉我是食品 接下来的时间 我还要再住一周左右 因为这里距离我工作的地点最便利」

「Wow, what can I say. It was awesome. Friendly staff. Breakfast was always fresh. The view from the 10th floor was breathtaking. My brother and I invited my mom to see the view and she agreeded the view of the water was so peaceful and relaxing. The Resident Inn is located in the heart of New Rochelle and was conveniently located across from Applebees and the movies at the end of the street. I will definitely be staying there again when visiting New Rochelle. Did a mention that the...

「前台工作人员办理入住时的态度非常冷漠 入住后晚上睡觉时发现床单上有许多根散散落落的长头发 还有很多黑色小点点 什么东西未知 房间空调中吹出来的是冷气 但关掉不吹更冷 入住那天下雨 室外楼梯已经被水浸泡的一踩就把鞋子浸湿了 周边很远的范围内 也只有墨西哥菜的很小很小的餐厅 海风很大 吹的很响 入住的体验感并不nice」
