「Wallpaper torn in bathroom by toilet paper roll. Shower curtain was coming off the wall. Reading lights had wires sticking out with no light attached. Bathroom door was unsightly dirty」

「No room sercice. No breakfast. Lobby doors locked. Room need major renovation. Had to ask for a towel. Poll covered and not in use over 3 days.」

「Everything was good, had a small issue with some ants in the bathroom, but they took care of it.」

「The staff was great, helpful and professional. However, if you list valet parking as an amenity most people are going to think it comes with the cost of the room. It cost me 350.00 dollars extra to park my truck in a safe place for 3 days because this neighborhood is not clean or safe!!!! People who travel are unaware of this factor. Please list Valet is available for an extra cost on all your hotel sites.」

「The property was reasonably clean and well maintained had no issues with anything not working beds were comfortable Only complaint is the Wi-Fi was terrible」

「The staff went out of their way to help. There was a gentleman at the front desk who stopped what he was doing to bring a chair outside for me so I could sit in the Sun!! The gentleman running the dining area was always cleaning and so friendly. He was helpful and always smiling. I forgot their names, but not them. Little things lie this people remember. Thanks for making my stay that much better」
