「The staff went out of their way in so many ways; changing rooms so as to be away from traffic, serving wonderful individually-prepared breakfasts (which were excellent), helping with directions and finding and returning a lost item and arranging for it to be returned to us by mail. 「good location, convenient and 5 minutes away from Biltmore Estate. Friendly staff, very clean hotel. Heated pool and jacuzzi were the added bonus for our kids. Our family was pleased with our stay. The only suggestion or complaint we have is the toilet seat needs a bigger cover. It’s a square shape toilet and cover isn’t covering the entire toilet. Other than that all is fine! 」

「It was cold during our stay and although we turned the heat up the room remained cold. The temperature must have been preset to a maximum number. That was disappointing. The room was clean and we had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and the staff at the coffee shop were kind and helpful. There is an upgrade charge for a referegator and a microwave, which is standard in every other hotel/motel we have stayed. I don't feel there should be an upgrade charge...

「We chose this hotel because of proximity to Biltmore, and it was a great choice. We walked to a nearby restaurant, passing several open shops on the way. Our room was spacious, beds were comfortable, breakfast area is open and airy, and food options are extensive. Just be aware at the time of this trip, February 2026, the immediate area has not recovered from a hurricane, and evidence of destruction is all around. It did not impede us in any way, and we would definitely stay at this property...
