「Staff was friendly and the room was very nice」

「No hot protein the first couple days of my stay for breakfast but the hotel was great. Staff was outstanding. I’m guessing when they are busier they have hot eggs and such everyday. I will come back again. My wife and I stayed for 3 days and had a view of the lake. First time in Traverse City and plan a return trip in the summer. Room was wonderful, location was perfect as well. 」

「The room was clean when we arrived. The king size bed was very hard and the four pillows on the bed were not very comfortable, I wish we would have brought our own. My husband enjoyed the breakfast so that was a plus. I would say the major negative for me was after checking in I received a text from the hotel stating they only service the room every three days so if we need anything I could contact them and they would take care of it which I was completely fine with. 「Everything is great. They are our favorite in TC. However, I think the rooms arw due for a makeover. They seem to be getting a little shoddy. It to be expected in a high turnover area like TC. But the bathrooms are starting to look a little rough.」
