"Older hotel, but remodeled nicely! First room had thre roaches upon entering, told front desk and was quickly moved to a different floor, no more bug sightings. The rest of the stay was comfortable and the beds were nice and clean. Lots of parking, although not enough spots for everyone on site and may have to park in across the street public parking area. Lots of upgrades here, modern decor, clean sheets. Water pressure is OK, water temp OK, tub is nothing special and bathrooms are small but...

"The property was fantastic! Great amenities, great view and it was perfect and quiet. The pool temperature was ideal. The gym was a little small and the air conditioning in the room had a strange odor (like pee). Those would be my only complaints. Overall a wonderful experience and I would definitely stay again."

"Loved the property and the facilities and the personnel. It’s very windy as it is on a hill which is a plus. Wild Turkeys are wondering around which gives it more character. The only downsize it is far from Kona Kailua downtown area and there are not that many dinning options yet that’s not their fault. "

"Nice, easy stay. Nothing real fancy, but plenty of room and very clean. Our flight was very delay and we did not arrive until after midnight, night guard was very helpful and got us settled in right away. "

Be prepared to have some type of vehicle whether it’s car, scooter, electric bike etc since most of the attractions are far from this location. "

The property is also located a little away from the busy part of Ali’i drive, which makes it great to relax at the end of the day after a day full of activities but is conveniently located near beaches and grocery/convenient stores. I highly recommend the property to anyone planning a trip to Kona."

"I had a wonderful stay at Dragonfly Ranch. Initially I gave a bad rating for check in experience because nobody was there for me to check in. And later I found that it was because a staff had to go to hospital for emergency and usually someone is there. All staff are warm and helpful. The owner, Barbara is full of knowledge of health. And she is eager to help you how to be healthier and happier. The property is beautiful with big trees, lots of green and flowers. Healthy breakfast is a huge...

"This is an extraordinary place, beautifully nestled at the top of a narrow tree-lined road, designed to blend into the landscape. It's high, and the view of the sea is grand. Well appointed, with a salt-water pool and very nice communal areas. We stayed only one night, a stopover between Kona airport and the drive to Hilo. We left thinking we would like to stay again, perhaps stay two nights. Lovely hosts. "
