「Our room was right next to the lobby. It was very noisy and there did not seem to be any regard that there may be customers sleeping during all shifts. The room was so close to the hustle and bustle of the front desk there was no getting away from people/staff talking all hours...not much sleep and couldn't change rooms. I would recommend not staying on the first floor near the lobby.」

「Front desk person was friendly and was very helpful. Our first room had a loud fan noise coming from the A/C system so we called to get a room change and she was good about that. The bed was comfy, room was clean and quiet. We were hopeful the breakfast would be great (based on reviews), but we were very disappointed at the lack of flavor in most of the food. Coffee was good.」
