"Our only problem was a guest who was allowed to prop open the pool exterior door and smoke outside it filling the pool area with cigarette smoke."

"The shuttle service from the airport was not good. I called for a shuttle and was not informed that the pick was going to be from the Radisson. I was informed when I called the 2nd time. Still no shuttle arrived. Called a 3rd time and after a 90 minute wait got aride from another hotel. "
