Thanks to Danieko, we will be repeat customers. Thanks for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. 」

「The hotel on the outside needs some maintenance & curb appeal. Inside 1/2 the building is heated with a boiler and we could not regulate or turn down the heat &we sweat the whole night. Furthermore, the pool and the hot tub were closed because they couldn't get rhe chemicals regulated for over a month for some reason. It's really frustrating to pay a lot of money for a outdated rundown hotel with a lack of promised amenities. I wouldn't really consider it a hotel when it feels and operates more...

「Staff was amazing. Room was clean and nice, the pool was unavailable but they worked with a hotel across the street so that we could go and swim at that one for free. Room was nice but the blinds did not shut. 」

「In fairness, they were undergoing maintenance during my stay. But my rankings were based on the property minus outside of the maintenance disruptions. The room had carpet stains. The walls were chips and scuffed. The furniture was worn and stained. The air conditioning was in poor working order. The smoke detector randomly beeped three different times in the night, waking me up. The bed was nice, clean and comfortable, I was well pleased. But that was the only element of the room that was good....
