「Management wanted to charge us when arriving 1hour early. The staff was excellent however. Also, they don’t have coffee in the lobby. 」

「Had a pre-paid room. At check-in was told the hotel was overbooked and that there should be other hotels in the area that may have a room. They did not try to assist in finding another accommodation, nor did they offer anything to try to make it right (maybe some points?). In summary, they did us wrong and did not care in the least. 」

「This location was so convenient being right on the Old Main greenspace /lawn and they allowed me to leave my car parked while attending orientation activities. Hotel has a lot of beautiful historic features and is well maintained, with modern conveniences like a garden tub, high flow shower head, and lots of power and USB connections.」

「Everything was fine, except for, every where else I get free breakfast, but I miss to have my free breakfast at this facility.」

「The rooms REALLY feel like an apartment. Very home-like. I really enjoyed that.」
