「The rooms were clean, but housekeeping is for every other day so you will have to call for extra towels. They do provide a washer and dryer for free, but it is only one on each floor and have to be shared. We stayed in Villa 2 which was close to the basketball court so that meant we heard everything! 「The pictures made the property look nicer than it actually was. Also, it rained as was expected due to a storm. I had a fall in the hall hurting my knee and back due to the water that had accumulated on the floor. I reported this to management and did not think that I needed to go to ER; however, my knee and back were hurt. Not once was I contacted by staff to ask how I was feeling.
