「Very pretty and clean hotel」

「The staff were friendly and polite, which I appreciated. However, the room was absolutely disgusting. There were bugs on the pillows, and when I brought it to the staff’s attention, I was told it was “just a wasp.” That response was very concerning and did not address the issue. I was traveling with my baby and did not feel comfortable or safe staying in the room. As a result, I had to leave and pay for another hotel. Unfortunately, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not stay...

「Hilton Honor member here. $10 self parking, $6 for 2 bottles of water, really?」

「From the time I walked onto the property I realized this was going to be a good stay. The staff were always friendly and rooms, common areas were excellent.」

「Property has had some renovations I dont think they are done yet. The elevators one didnt work properly and they had lots of odors. I couldnt press certain numbers. Breakfast was ok but offered cereal and had no milk available. Ran out and it was early. Personally my hotel I am running out to store to get it. However, I was impressed how nice the staff was. Definitely a plus. They need to finish more upgrades in the rooms. No usb charging offered by bed table no alarm clock.」
