"This is the 2nd time that I've book an IHG property and when I get there to check-in, they tell me they've sold out of the room type I reserved AND paid for! 2 Queen beds for me and my son! This time, I was there early enough to insist they accommodate my reservation. Not so lucky in Tallahassee last time. The front desk clerk mentioned it was because I booked third party - though Expedia would want to know. In addition, they do not have complementary breakfast."

"Arrived late in the evening. TV did not work and bathroom was not clean. Got up early for breakfast and had to wait 45 plus minutes to receive breakfast order before finally giving up and walking out because I was not running late."

"The room was okay we were glad that it was close to different places to eat as well as shop. The price of the rooms were good especially for a quick weekend get away."

"I was disappointed that breakfast was not included in the price so we didn't eat on property. No restaurant on site but a bar grill and order style. HOWEVER, the outside sitting area was beautiful, quiet , somewhat secluded because we had a large crowd and could be loud at times so we were glad that no other guests were disturbed. The staff were EXCELLENT , professional, super helpful, always available."
