「The room was nice,clean and furnishings were up to date. The room has a full kitchen. Make sure to do your own dishes or you will be charged $25 extra. The view was great. Our room had a jacuzzi tub placed where you could soak and look out the window at the ocean. It is a small hotel run by a small staff. The bathroom and kitchen were not stocked very well with paper products. We had to go ask for more toilet paper, but the lady at the front desk said she was waiting on a new shipment so that...

「Hotel is a great deal for the price. It’s an older place but that’s part of the charm. Very clean and quiet. It is on the beach with beautiful views but you cannot get on the beach from the hotel because it’s on a cliff. This makes for wonderful views from the window but if you want to walk on the beach you have to walk a little bit to get to an entry. I’d stay here again. 」

「Awesome room included a large sofa with fireplace and patio with chairs overlooking the beach area with haystack rock (over a road and parking lot). Easy to walk to beach, sand dune and a few shops, Pelican brewing and restaurants. No charge for parking is nice.」

「We have stayed in Lincoln City numerous times over the years and found that Seascape Condo is the very best of all. The condo is large, well appointed with every possible kitchen item needed including a spice cupboard and tastefully decorated in a beach theme. Having 2 king bedrooms and 2 baths was perfect for our 4-some. We loved the comfy living room and dining furniture, the fireplace and private hot tub.
