「The room was not clean. The front desk staff was disinterested in being helpful. The elevator wasn’t working and no one seemed to care. Only half the showerhead was working and bathroom tile was missing. Simply not a normal high-quality Hyatt experience. More like what I would expect from a budget hotel. 」
