「I was very impressed! Everyone from the cleaning crew all the way up to management was absolutely amazing. They also turned me on to one of the best restaurants I have ever eaten at. The young lady at the front that checked me in and out was absolutely amazing. One of the best days in a hotel that I have probably ever had in my 48 years.」

「Bathroom AC didn’t work and they were pretty dirty inside. Outlet on our front porch didn’t work. Beds were good and inside the tent was nice. Property is nice and well-kept. 」

「I received the wrong access code via email the glamping tent we stayed in. It took hours to gain access. I called and reached out to the facility. No response. I finally got a hold of an Expedia representative and got the correct access code after 11:35 pm 」

「Other than the mouse we found in our glamping tent that left droppings in our beds and all over the counters, we had a fun stay. The river is beautiful and nice to stand in. Community bathrooms and showers (cold water only) are clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Won’t be going back because of the mouse issue but don’t let our isolated experience keep you away from this river ranch.」
