「Check in was easy and seamless. The room was clean and the hotel location is great. Our issue is with the staff- check out was posted as 11AM. At 9:00am we were woken up but repeated loud knocks on our door. When I went to the door there was a random guy (not housekeeping) with a clipboard asking what time we were checking out... I've never seen that in my life but we told them 11AM. Not even one hour later we have more loud knocks on our door that woke us up again, this time from housekeeping...

「Since the pandemic there is no daily cleaning service. You need to call the desk. Also new owners, not a good thing. Twice I was asked if I had been there before and I come back every year for over 10 years. 」

「A cute spot! Stayed on the first floor which was fine because it was winter but if it was summer might be a little loud because of people on the deck.」

「We missed the hot tub. The breakfast was really outstanding, as was the staff. Just a note; we stayed on the third floor and it took a while for the hot water to get up to the shower.」
