「Like lipstick on a pig. Cheap updates made to an already outdated property. Paper thin towels and sheets. The 2nd floor was under construction. Had to move from a room on that floor. The room smelled damp and musty, like air hadn’t circulated in it for over a year. The front desk staff was friendly and tried to be accommodating.」

「Cameron was excellent at the front desk when we first checked in and helpful throughout our stay. The people in the lounge were great. The restaurant service was good. It was breakfast that I had and they kept checking on me to make sure if I needed anything else all the hotel staff was friendly and ready to service to our needs.」

「DO NOT STAY HERE! We booked a suite and both the room and bathroom were absolutely disgusting! The room looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. There was black mold on the AC vent in the bedroom, bugs on the floor and window sill, and hand and bath towels had stains all over them. The shower rod in the bathroom was broken and detached from the wall. I went to the front desk immediately and showed them a photo of the broken shower rod. They said that the maintenance man was not there and...

「The hotel is in the good location that you can walk to shop or restaurant. The baseball stadium is like 5 mins walk and I enjoyed the baseball game during the staying. Front desk receptionists are friendly also provide the nice service.」
