"Hotel was nice and the staff, the only problem was with hotels.com overbooking and we didn't receive the room we reserved. We were given a room with queen beds instead of a king as I had reserved."

"Only one bank of elevators to take us to our room on the second floor which was a pretty far walk with all of our stuff (no carts to use). Also disappointed there was no working ice machine to be found ( all 3 I located were inoperable). Room was clean and the bed was comfortable but right next to I76 made for a bit of a noisy sleep). Felt a bit overpriced for $230 a night (including tax). "
