"The staff is amazing!"

"The only negative would be the cleaning service in our room. The tub had hairs in it as well as around the toilet. The rug Under the bed was dirty and our sheet on the bed old because there was a small tear in it. Front desk was very nice and informative."

"Beds very comfortable, good water pressure for showers. thew only negatives were, A; no ice machines on any floor. If you need ice you must take your small ice bucket that is in your room down to the bar and request ice there. (This was a first for me, a facility not having an ice machine, at least ONE somewhere), and, B; coffee served in the restaurant is instant and is hardly consumable. Everything else was just fine!"

"For a few nights of our stay, the guests above our 2nd floor room, would make noise late into the night. The bathroom floor needed to be thoroughly washed. Other than that, housekeeping was very good."

"Almost perfect just that the alarm went off at 6am and no night lights room and pool were very clean and I felt very safe staying there. "

However we complained several times of loud stomping noises above us. Told us there would be no one up there tomorrow but there was. "

"We had a short stay, one night in two double rooms. Very pleasant stay.The rooms were clean. One bed was more comfortable than the other. As other reviewers shared we could hear music from the room but realized it was music from the courtyard. We shared thisnwitht hr staff around 10:30 PM and they turned the music off. We would stay again."

A chicken Caesar salad, which was good, and a garden salad with feta cheese - but it had any avocado oil based dressing and we dont like avocado. "Audrey was a lovely host, explaining all the housekeeping things from keyless entry to available snack and beverage options. Our breakfast was amazing- delicious! We won't forget The Whistling Swan Bed & Breakfast - and will recommend it to anyone who will be traveling in that area!"
