「Clean room friendly staff」

「Booked a stay to celebrate my wife and I getting married - we booked an executive suite at what we thought was a nice little hotel outside Bangor, Maine. I even called on 3/18 to confirm we would be able to bring our dog, as it was unclear online whether the room was pet friendly or not. I was told it was - but when I called to confirm our check-in time the day of our stay, I was notified that was actually not the case. We were downgraded to a standard room, as those were the only pet friendly...

「Very poor and unkind reception attendants. Didn’t tell us anything about WiFi or breakfast or where anything was. We were traveling on vacation and this was our worst stay in the whole northeast !」

「Loved that the unit came with a table for 4! Did not love the dusty baseboards and loud heat/ac unit that was too loud for us to sleep comfortably. Also did not like that the sleeping area is not separate from the kitchen area. Prefer a bathroom with the sink inside so that other people in the party are not disrupted. Wonderful staff and overall good stay but could have been better.」

「Our host made check in simple and easy especially since we were unsure of arrival time. Lovely place, great breakfast and easy access of route 1 and nearby dining and activities, Belfast farmers markets and local restaurants were less than 15 minutes away. Would definitely stay again!」

「Killed spider in web by bed. Bathroom floor was not clean. Hostess was so nice. Bed was comfy but cleanliness was not up to par.」
