「The room was clean and spacious. Bathroom was perfect. The gym’s equipment needed to be worked on and the pool had some window problems. Ice machine was empty most of our visit. Super convenient for downtown Lake Charles and to our venue for Saturday night. Staff were super friendly. Would stay again when visiting LA.」

「Pool was not as clean as it should be for a property of this type. Pool water in the hot tub and main pool was cloudy and smelled dirty. Found several clumps of hair floating around in the water. Air conditioning in the room didn’t cool as it should. Room never cooled below 74 especially while sleeping. Room temperature is critical when spending several hours outside wagering on the horse races. Casino didn’t properly purify the air resulting in poor air quality for the gamblers. Didn’t offer...
