「Everything was ok」

「They were short staffed in the kitchen and bar.I was told that they only had 1 cook in the kitchen and she had been there since 4AM. The bar tender went to the kitchen to help the which left the bar shorthanded.」

「The airport shuttle was easy to find but I had to wait for 30 minutes before the shuttle could go. The driver was waiting for some other passengers and I had to take a taxi. So shuttle is a miss...」

「The receptionist and waitress were both friendly and attentive. My low rating for the hotel is due to the condition and cleanliness of the room. There was hair in multiple places in the shower, the bathroom tiles did not appear clean, and the carpet had crumbs. The hotel’s condition even if it had been clean was very old and mediocre at best - not worth the price they were charging at nearly $200 a night. Add in the dirty room and it was certainly not worth the money. There are many hotels...
