「The room was clean and very quiet. The staff were very helpful and responsive. The breakfast was delicious.」

However, the pull out sofa bed was tiny and you could feel every spring in the mattress, making for an uncomfortable and restless night sleep, and one person making a bed out of the couch cushions to sleep on instead, which was frustrating, especially considering the high cost to stay there.」

「A little outdated, the hot tub in the room totally needs replaced. There were some people down at the other end of the building that made me uncomfortable. There were no blinds on the windows, so no way to get or move around in the room without feeling like someone was going to peek in at you.」

In the parking lot, there was a hotel shuttle van with its windows smashed out, and several individuals were loitering nearby, which immediately raised safety concerns. Upon entering the hotel, the atmosphere was unexpected and uncomfortable. The lobby was lined with casino-style gambling machines, and there were people openly walking through the facility carrying...
