Do not expect room to be cleaned - sheets, towels, etc. - during your stay if over one night. Ice is only available on certain floors. There is not enough staff manning the front desk and bar, so it was impossible to sit with friends and have a drink if folks are checking in. Only one person manning both! Other...

"We booked this hotel for the indoor pool. The pool was clean and just the right size for them. There was only 1 other kid in the pool, so the kids had a ball playing with each other. Staff was friendly and engaging."

"The property setting, location, room design & contents. Nice kitchen with most supplies. The complementary breakfast and the gym are much appreciated. I did report that the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Several areas around the build were in need of repair. One thing we had to ask for was dish soap, we did have soap for the dishwasher. The final item is the pillows neither of the two choices weren’t firm enough and I had ept waking up with a stiff neck."
