「The unit was old and roomy. The bed was comfortable and warm. The down side was the bathroom, very small, hand basin was small with no room for toiletries and it was dirty or appeared to be due to age. Shower was good.」

「It was truly a relaxing experience and everything was super clean, breakfast was delicious. Just be mindful that there is no taxi or car service offered if you are wanting to tour the winery’s and we did feel that it was a little over priced for what it was compared with other places we have stayed but still a very nice place and lovely experience 」

「Great stay for a work event. My only issue with the chalet was that the curtains dont sit flush against the window so as soon as the sun comes up the entire room is as bright as daylight so we were awake extremely early. 」

「Was really good stay, clean and a lovely spacious room, exactly what we needed. Long weekend prices quite expensive tho, note it is a share accomodation but everything’s as if it were a hotel and you have your own private space. Could use the front door lock on the main building to be fixed, got caught several times not being able to get out and felt like we were waking other guests up.」

「We had a wonderful time in Albany. We booked a 5 night stay at the Golf and Beach Retreat. The weather was not in our favour for a few days but that didn't deter us from getting out and about. We were well equipped for it! We enjoyed some lovely food and took in many of the sights that Albany is famous for. The Whaling Station is a must!
