"My flight was cancelled but the front desk staff made sure my room was available when I finally got to Greensboro. They were friendly and courteous. The breakfast was great, good selection and I loved the omelette station. The bed was very comfortable, I slept like a baby! "

She didn't give us a good access of the ways to go to our room. B"
