"Too much freeway noise and homeless people."

"Really different location and property well kept if looking a little worn in places. Food very good. Service in the evening was excellent. Unfortunate noise coming from proximity to rail line not helpful if you are a light sleeper but bigger issue (and not the hotels fault) are the sea lions on the opposite which bark all night. The combination of a the sea lions and the trains throughout the night very unfortunate as rooms are by no way sound proof. "

"The stay was actually really good, I hadn't stayed in a hotel in a very long time. I'm so glad I did they were beyond exceptional with their customer service. The food was extremely good. the chef did his thing for sure. My dad worked for the Hilton before he passed and I definitely see why!"

"We were pleasantly surprised at the gorgeous 1864 built Victorian mansion converted into a beautiful venue with all the amenities you’d expect from a hotel and some you don’t always get such as snacks in the lobby. The beds are comfy, the shower is huge and the rooms are so well insulated that we didn’t hear any hallway traffic or our neighbors. It was a short drive to the concert venue that brought us to town plus Old Sacramento and the capital grounds and dining venues. Now I’m trying to come...
