「This seems to be a relatively new property. I liked the minimalistic mind set. The rooms are clean and designed to cleaned easily as well. Front staff was polite on check in and check out. The breakfast was good with scrambled eggs, potatoes, yogurt, muffins, etc. The place was quiet, reasonably priced, close to Walmart. 」

「The host was so sweet and attentive, while still respecting our personal space. Breakfast was so delicious and felt like home! So glad to have stayed here with my 13 year old to see a horse competition in Perry Fairgrounds. We felt very safe! 」
