"Comparing to others in the price range, my room at the Drury Inn was super clean and well maintained. With granite countertops and quality fixtures, we felt comfortable and pampered. Beds were very soft and clean, AC worked great (no in room noisy unit), and it was all around a great stay. Dinner and breakfast included were not necessary but a nice bonus."

"The valet was very helpful when our windshield shattered. Safelite was given directions to where our car was. Lobby personnel were gracious and friendly. The daily wine hour provided a beautiful scene of the city. Food was delicious!!"

"We stayed for one night with our son and two small dogs as part of a visit to the Knoxville & Pigeon Forge area. Staff was very kind and friendly in the front desk and the morning breakfast! Room was nice and clean, very comfy stay, and a convenient location! We choose this hotel because we like to have a separate bedroom and the fee for 2 dogs was only $50. This would have covered an entire week of pet fee also! One thing I would have liked was bathroom access that didn't go through the...

"Typical downtown hotel. Room, restaurant, people were all great, location very good as well. Parking way too expensive. Cost $30 to park in garage connected to hotel...only $7 overnight in the garage just north of hotel. If I wouldn't have accidently entered the expensive garage, I'd have been much happier."

"This comment is directed to Expedia. We chose this hotel over the courtyard because they advertised a manager’s reception. The hotel staff stated that this was not the case and that they had repeatedly told Expedia to remove the statement but Expedia failed to do so."

"Everything was great, except the included shuttle to the airport had a limit to when they ran. My flight was earlier than available, so I had to get a $43 Uber across the road. The hotel itself was really clean, our room was spacious and the staff helpful. "

"We chose Home2Suites West for two reasons: 1) It was close to the U Tenn, where we were part of a working dog study, which was why we were there, and 2) we were able to bring our working dogs to stay at the most welcoming dog-friendly motels in the area.
