「Beautiful, spacious and spotless room and a comfortable chair with an ottoman. The dinner and drinks were delicious as was the breakfast. Great location and courteous staff made this an outstanding stop as we traveled.」

I said how could it be possible, so I showed him my payment receipt. After a long time, they suddenly told me that they found it and upgraded my room for free. In the end, they gave me a room with two beds. I told the front desk that I was alone! Unpleasant」
