「Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked without issue. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Nice large TV. Quiet location with easy access to I-70/I-81. I will be staying here again in a few weeks as it works perfectly for a one night stay. Coffee was hot and strong and I have to issues to note. 」

「Our experience at The Inn at Charles Town - Hollywood Casino was better than at another Hollywood property. Our room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom larger than most. Would have preferred the shower to have access to the fixtures without having to step into the shower. The breakfast wasn't as substantial as others. No eggs or meat, other than hard boiled eggs.
