Falcon Point 3 Stars Hotels

"Our room was on the second floor but the elevator was not working . The manager helped us with carrying the luggage to our room . Next morning the shower didn't work , we called the manager who thankfully sent maintanace to put a new faucet . I believe if house cleaning reported this problem the day before we wouldn't have to wait . The Bistro was not open too but Kroger was across the street & we had to go there for breakfast ."

"I frequent this hotel a lot because it's close to restaurants, the freeway, quiet, clean, great staff and safe."

"My mother, sister and I rented a lake view room with a king size bed and pull out sofa couch and everything was very comfortable and enjoyable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful!!! Will definitely be recommending the Hyatt Houston in Sugarland."

"The breakfast and the African American lady assisting during breakfast , I can’t remember her name , were absolutely awesome. She was very professional, caring, neat, and welcoming. My overall experience at the hotel was excellent. From the reception staff to the breakfast team, everyone was professional, friendly, and accommodating. The customer service was truly exceptional and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I will definitely stay at Home2 Suites again. It truly felt like a home away from home."

"Breakfast was absolutely amazing. Clean and cozy. Only compliants were the pillows on the bed and the bed. They were toooooo soft and the bed was too stiff. "

"The lady at night was super helpful, but the guy in the morning was zootopia slow. The Elevator didn't work really all that well, and the TV was bad; you could only change the channels if you were sitting on the end of the bed. They tried to fix it, but never got it to work."

"The first thing that greeted us through the lobby doors was a giant cockroach that scared my young daughters. The rooms were standard and okay. But upkeep and maintenance has not been maintained. The lid of the ice bucket was broken, corner wall protector was falling off the wall. The mirror of our room was dirty and chipped on the edges. The worst was that the toilet would flush, but not drain properly. As for the pool, it had a lot of dead bugs and tree parts and leaves. The ground around the pool was covered with ants as well. Breakfast was very limited. Probably due to the fact that there are a lot of Asian restaurants in walking distance with better breakfast options."
