「Room was very small and needs renovation. No covered drinking cups and the coffee cups that were there were uncovered. Patio door and screen door were in need of lock repair. Parking garage was nice and easy to use. The check-in guy was very professional and helpful.」

「Overall, our stay was okay, but I don't feel the experience matched the price compared to other places we've stayed in Breckenridge.
One of the biggest downsides was the additional $50 per night parking fee, especially since many comparable hotels in the area offer complimentary parking. We were also disappointed that we weren't notified ahead of time that the bar would be closed for renovations and that no accommodation or reduced rate was offered for the inconvenience.

「The rooms are pretty basic (to very bad, our pull out couch was horrible as the parent that had to sleep on it). The location is the entire selling point. It’s ski in ski out, the ski school is walkable and you can easily access all other amenities. If you are prioritizing location over comfort I would consider staying here.」

「It has nice view to the forest and you would be able to see the sunrise in the morning which is beautiful. The outdoor hot tub is supposed to be closed at 10pm, but people are still using it and making noises at night.
We told the front desk about it, but they said the whole deck area is a common area, they couldn't do anything about it. This's weird that they have a rule to close the pool at 10pm but no one is forcing it.」
