「Residence inn by Marriott Breck Parking $46/night! No towels left at pool, full stack of dirty towels next to pool door not being washed. Check in super quick! No lock on bedroom door. Very small pillows. Rooms were quiet. Hot tub gets busy. Small lobby bar open 4-10pm is nice. Outside seating. Breakfast has plenty to choose from. Very close to shopping and skiing. Can walk everywhere easily. Shuttle to hill you can put skis in back while riding. 」

「I actually don’t have any issues with the property. It was very adequate. The problem was Expedia made a mistake and double booked us. when I told the property manager this. They chose to check us into all four rooms anyhow and charged us resort fees for all four rooms even though they knew we only booked two rooms and the other two were a mistake. They then refused to refund any of the resort feees or charges.」

「I did not have any communication with a host only the front desk person at the lodge. She was very pleasant and very helpful which is why I gave it a five star. The location was very good. My only complaint was that this was not a functional kitchen. The stove had all the temperature settings worn off on the knobs to control the stove top so you had to guess the temperatures at which to cook your food. There was not one sharp knife, only Serrated steak knives and a serrated, larger kitchen...

「They let me reserve the room at 10pm, then after the payment went through they sent me a message stating check is between 4-7pm if you want to check in later you have to give the 72hr notice and there os NO front desk and no one will be back in office til 9am the next day! So why would you let me make a reservation of there is no way to get into the room?」

「Great location with a beautiful mountain view. The unit is a bit outdated, but the kitchen is well equipped with plenty of supplies. The check-in process was very smooth, and the staff was friendly — we even received our apartment earlier than expected, which was a nice bonus. What I didn’t like about this rental concept is that guests are required to make the beds, take out the trash, and leave all utensils in the dishwasher before leaving.
