「One elevator was completely out of service. The other was unreliable and the buttons didn’t light up so you didn’t even know if it worked. Decor is shoddy, cheap and rundown. Recent renovations clearly cut corners. Outdoor landscaping looks derelict. Beds were comfortable, pillows were also comfortable. 」
