「Everything about the property was wonderful. Staff, room, breakfast area, the pools and the entire enclosed area with the fountains, pools, splash area. All were marvelous. It was a great place to take my grandchildren too. It also would have been a great place for a romantic get away. Will highly recommended it to anyone going to Springfield!!」

「This was our first time staying at a Vib hotel and it certainly will not be the last. The Springfield, Mo location exceeded our expectations in every aspect. We were only in town for one night so the cozy room was not an issue for us. 「Friendly. Great staff. No luggage carts could be found. It seems other patrons leave them in their rooms so we had to carry all of our luggage out. Great hotel but a lot of homeless people in the surrounding parking lot. Be sure and take all of your belongings from your car. 」

「I booked this hotel for my dad and step-mother and I spoke with the staff on two occasions to try to get an early check in. Both times, the staff were so nice and professional. My dad had nothing but good things to say about this hotel- quiet and safe neighborhood, great areas to chat with friends while he was in town, and clean! Right next to a grocery store as well which can be handy. Will be reserving a room here for myself or family in the future!」

「After a bad experience at another hotel nearby, we were so relieved to find Sleep Inn. The difference was night and day. The room was clean, the atmosphere was quiet and safe, and the bed was comfortable — exactly what we needed. Breakfast in the morning was surprisingly good, with a nice variety to choose from. The whole place felt well-kept and welcoming. I’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone passing through Springfield.」
