"Parking was a bit of a tall order, we understand spacing is an issue. The hefty price by the affiliate guest parking should be at the most a quarter for the amenities offered by the property. 55 valet dollars per day is a bit steep."

"Two days out of our seven, our unit was not clean. They were back to back days and we did not have the do not disturb sign on the door. Otherwise, it’s a great place and a benefit of having happy hour every night for free."

"Great location. It's pretty clean overall. I gave a 4-star rating for cleanliness because I did see a small cockroach once in the kitchen area. I think the property needs renovation badly. The furniture looks old. The rooms have stone tiles with poor sound proofing, so you can hear everything above, below and next to you. The noise kept me awake many nights. "

"The fridge broke down on us. The AC broke as well. One manager wasn’t very accommodating when we expressed our complaints but Kana’i (Manager) was extremely great! every interaction with him was so nice! He’s so genuine and welcoming. Even when the soap dispenser in the laundry room took our quarters, he offered us 2 soaps, which says a lot and that he goes above and beyond for guests. And the valet fellas were also so awesome and helpful!"

"Everyone was very friendly. It was a bit noisy but that is to be expected considering where it’s located. Only complaint is I called once for extra coffee pods and they were never brought to us. Other than that, very nice stay. "
