"Wonderful hotel! Ruben Callejo and the rest of the staff were helpful and friendly, we fell like belonging to the town. If you are in Ponferrada it’s a must stay!!"

"Wonderful, very helpful staff, and good location just outside of town center"

"Great location and big space. Perfect space for a night in Astorga."

"The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Rooms look more like a poor pilgrim municipal auberge. Please do not reserve this hotel. The first night they didn't have hot water. I reserved for three nights but I decided not to come back on the second one even loosing the money. Because I didn't was able to get other hotel I returned for the third night. Hot water was returned. Staff only work from 6 pm to 11 pm. If you arrive early must wait outside. There is no restaurant near by, we have to go to...

"Lovely hotel, excellent staff, and good food. The hotel is in an excellent location. The only slight down side was that the hotel was quite noisy from about 6am, the walls seemed quite thin."

"Todo estupendo, servicio, recepción muy bien, excepto 1 camarero el único que lleva camisa blanca, un poco estirado y un poco antipático. Alba, un todoterreno, lo recomendaré para quien quiera conocer la zona, gracias por sus servicios. Hasta la próxima "

"We enjoyed our stay at the AS Hotel"

"Excelente"

"Agradable y relajante"

"Dirty dingy place, would rather spend night in uk prison"

"A little surprised to find we were locked in. A key was needed to exit the property in an emergency. Nowhere to leave the key when you leave, and no amenities available in the evening even thought there was a bar and restaurant. Would not use again."

"Check in by machine "
