「Very nice!」

「I questioned the size of the bed, as it did not appear to be a king sized bed. I even brought the manager to the room, and his attitude was was terrible. He talked down to me, telling me that I didn’t know what I was talking about, it was an industrial sized king, and I was the only one who had ever said anything. He even stated “I’m not going to stand here and argue with you. I can give you guys a refund!” I stand on what I said that the bed was NOT a king sized bed.. unless the standards for...

「A fantastic hotel with great service! A very well maintained and clean hotel. The free supper was a lovely surprise and we were so grateful not to have to go out in the cold rainy weather. This hotel is a gem and we will definitely stay here in the future.」

「The desk staff, Jessica, was very pleasant and got me taken care of very quickly. She has the perfect personality for the job! Airport shuttle was critical for me and the drivers were both on time and that was appreciated. Bed and pillows were super comfortable!!」
