「The property is fine, the rooms are a little old. However, the convenience of the shuttle is worth its weight in gold. The staff is OUSTANDING!! They are kind, helpful and willing to help take you or pick you up at the hospital at any time. I would highly recommend this hotel if you had to go to the hospital every day.」

「Stay itself was excellent but not due to Hotels.com. The reservation didn’t show up so we had to book again directly with the hotel. Hoping to get a refund through Hotels.com. The hotel.com price was originally $170 but Capital Hotel felt bad and gave us a discount knowing we were being charged again. ($130)」
