「My room was clean. The staff were friendly. Two things bad I have to say is the elevator did not work. Prices of the rooms should be lowered for this inconvenience especially when you’re booked on the top floors. And the people walking around at night is crazy. Maybe because of the liquor store right next door?!」

「I’m not sure our room was cleaned and set up correctly before we arrived. We had a room with two queen beds and there were 5 total pillows, one of the drawers was left open—which was just weird, and a used bar of soap in the shower. The next day we were gone all day and when we came back to the room nothing had been touched— as in no fresh towels, no beds made and to top it all off our rooms phone was disconnected and did not work. Plus it was labeled for a different room than the one we were...

「We arrived we got the room. The first thing that happens is that my 14-year-old daughter gets locked up in the bathroom because the bathroom door did not have a door knob on the inside. She spent anywhere between 45 minutes to an hour locked inside a restroom until they finally came and knocked down the door to get her out, but even then I had to call the front desk about two or three times and recorded the whole situation just to make sure that we don’t get charged for that door.
