「All in all it was a good stay despite some of the minor issues that can be fixed with some training and maintenance requests. The elevator was extremely slow, and having one ice machine for the entire hotel was something that needs to be addressed immediately. The hotel upkeep was ultimately great. The hotels also ask for how many people would be in my stay but didn’t accommodate all people initially with sheets blankets pillows and extra towels. If it asks how many people it should cover all...

「There was hair in my tub, it won’t drain so you stand in water while showering. The sink had a dark ring around the drain. I took a rag a washed it, left so hopefully they will catch on to clean it. For the price I expected more! Bed was old, not comfortable at all. View was beautiful! 」

「We have been staying at this property for many years. In the past, every time we visit Destin, however, at this visit, it was very disappointing. Our beds were not good. The mattress was practically a swing, and when we reported, we were told that they will flip the mattress and change our room which they offered. We declined because it was a total mass to wrap up everything. And then shift to another room for in the middle of our stay. We were there for 4 nights and the breakfast kept...
