"We really enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was right across the street from the Kiva Auditorium where we had tickets to a program. It was easy to find, and easy to get to everywhere we wanted to go from the hotel. "

"The staff was friendly, engaging, and accommodating. Though it seemed that since I was a local I had to put down a deposit. Plus I was given a subpar room that by the indents in the carpet, had recently had the table taken out of it and pictures taken off the wall. Also it was right next to the stairwell. Though the reration area; pool, jacuzzi, and exercise room were all perfect . So as long as you're not a local your chances of getting a five star stay are increased."

"The service was amazing - it increased my rating significantly. The condition of the hotel does leave a lot to be desired. It seems like it could use a little maintenance and it does smell a bit (I'm not sure what the smell is - maybe sewage)... maybe this was just our room. Either way - the service would make me stay again despite it being a little run down. "

"The employees from the front desk to the restaurant/bar server to the Shuttle drivers were exceptional and so kind and cheerful. They even picked us up at the car rental shuttle office the night before so we could go back and drop off our car to then use the shuttle to the airport, which started as early as we needed, in our case, 3:30am for a 5:20am flight. Best place we have stayed in a long time. Highly recommend this hotel. "
