「Mattress was terrible. 」

「Pool was broken and cable tv was not good quality. Fan in bathroom did not work and the heater in the bathroom was LOUD. Not impressed at all! 」

「Staff was friendly. Room was small but efficient. It did have sample sized complimentary shampoo, lotion, soap etc, there was a hairdryer (nice one), and a moving makeup mirror on the wall. There was a nice cabinet to hang clothes in. It also had a rack in the cabinet for a suitcase. There was a mini fridge, and a single serve coffee maker. 「The building was under renovation. We did not know that when we arrived. Our room was completed except for the cable not being hooked up. Their maintenance team worked nonstop until it was up and running. Overall it was nice considering the work being done. They had ran out of yogurt and the maintenance guy actually drove to the store to buy our kids yogurt! We though that was amazing, he definitely did not need to do that!」
