「沒有被事先告知，我被安排accessible room， 浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡浴室地板很濕不方便。早餐應該6am 就開始但6：15也還沒有，因為要趕飛機，不能再等。同事住另一個房間，換了兩次房卡才終於可以打開房門，同事很不高興。」

「The hotel was clean and on first entry of the room it was clean. They did not come clean room daily had to call the front desk to request. They did clean right away. My stay was good will stay again. My concerns are with the price of parking and the conditions of the garage it is very tight, and dark need to reconstruct parking situation 」

「I had a wonderful stay here - the staff were so warm, friendly and helpful. Positives - the area was quiet, the bed was super comfy, room decor was very cute, the breakfast was delicious! I really enjoyed my daily breakfast sandwich and cold brew coffee with the breakfast coupon! There were a variety of options you could choose from (Chicken and waffles, Yogurt Parfait, Oatmeal, Breakfast sandwich, Breakfast burrito, Avocado toast) or several types of pastries, and a variety of coffee drinks...

「Yes, your front desk staff are very excellent and curtious. Your weekend staff are very lazy and don't take out the trash or change the bedding when I asked them to change it. I think the cleaning lady that asked what needs to be done in my room is very negligent or lazy. The week day cleaning staff are perfect and very detailed. Best regards Cameron Williams 」
