「I always enjoy the Horseshoe for its convenience to I-10 in lake Charles. Been stopping since it was new. Hasn’t been long but already maintenance should be on top of carpets separating in hallways, bathroom ceilings peeling from moisture in the showers. Housekeeping should pay attention to mildew in showers and the debris in corners and under the edges of beds. Staff would do well to greet guests with a smile, and not fraternize in front of guests.
