「Positive is that the room was very nice roomy and clean. Negative is that we specifically rented this room because we had a flight out early the next morning and needed the airport shuttle that is advertised. When I checked in, the rep at the counter wasn't friendly at all and almost greeted us with a sigh like "what do you want". 「Our room would've been very nice had it not been for the awful smell we were met with upon entering it. It was a combination of stale chlorine water, damp clothes, and sewage. We discovered that a sewage smell was emitting from the toilet. I mentioned this to hotel staff and they said they'd address it, but no one ever came or checked back in with us. 「We had a great stay, staff and hotel were great. Unfortunately valet team do not know how to drive a manual transmission, so had to park myself but still charged the full parking fee. If they can't park your car, they should give a discount.」
